Hi, I’m Jessica, the trainer behind Iron and Grace. Fitness has always been part of my life, from playing softball at Stetson University to creating a private, welcoming space for women to train with confidence. My goal is to help you feel strong in every season of life.

Sports shaped me from the very beginning. I went on to play softball at Stetson University, and while those years taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience, what stuck with me most was the feeling of becoming stronger inside and out.

My journey

After college, I realized something was missing. I didn’t just miss training… I missed the community and confidence that comes from moving your body with purpose. That’s when I decided to create my own space for women to train, away from the intimidation of big gyms. What started in my garage has become a place where strength and grace come together.

To me, fitness is about progress, not perfection. Some seasons call for building strength, others for building balance, and others for simply showing up. Whatever your season, there’s always room to grow. At Iron and Grace, I focus on training that meets you where you are while helping you push toward where you want to be

My philosophy

When I’m not training clients, you’ll find me at home with my husband, our son, and our two dogs. Family is a big part of my life, and they remind me daily why health and balance matter so much. Whether we’re out for a walk, enjoying time outdoors, or just relaxing together, those moments keep me grounded and energized to show up fully for my clients.
